Holiday Seasonal Stress

While a great many folks are counting down the final days of December with merriment, enjoying the best of the Holiday season, it is not this way for all.
A number of executives I have worked with over the past couple of decades experience heightened stress at this time of year.
The pressure of closing out the year with a bang combined with the ever-increasing budgets for the coming new year can take the joy out of your days and be the source of sleepless nights.
You are not alone.
Many executives believe this to be a personal issue, that feelings of overwhelm are signs of weakness or that nasty curse of “imposter syndrome”.
Not true. Seasonal stress is more common than most think. Having someone in your corner with tools, insights, strategies and the willingness to listen can get you back to increased productivity and focus.
Find a trusted colleague, friend or professional to support you. Work does not have to be that tough.
Happy Holidays
