The standard Executive Coaching package will run over a period of five months.

We have two scheduled coaching sessions per month, each lasting for 60-90 minutes.

STANDARD PROCESS
When it comes to delivering the coaching, we are extremely flexible to meet the client’s unique situation. Our usual plan is to start with a ½ day on-site meeting where we complete the following:
• Assessment with immediate supervisor
• Self-Assessment with coaching client
• Job Dimension self-score
• Job Matrix conversation


After this first ½ day, we will conduct the balance of the sessions twice monthly over skype. The final session will again be conducted live face-to-face.


This review session will provide insightful input and guidance to the development objectives, Executive's strengths and key skill development areas, ensuring the best outcome from the coaching program.

META COACHIING
Meta-Coaches work with an individual or team’s mind, body and emotion system conversationally and co-creatively rather than with the procedural linear approach of basic coaching techniques (Linder-perlz, 2010).
The international Meta-Coach Foundation (MCF) have a rigorous process for credentialing and benchmarking meta-coach students against 26 coaching skills and 7 coaching psychology models, exceeding the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) 2006 competencies (Linder-pelz, 2010) and assessment process.
Brian (BJ) Radomski has achieved the ACMC credential certifying him as a Meta Coach, the GTMC for coaching groups and teams as well as holds the title of Licensed Neuro-Semantic trainer. BJ has had the honor of assisting Dr. L. Michael Hall in training and certifying of others in Hong Kong, Egypt and United States.
