Veritage was founded in 2008 by Francesco Lombardo when he realized that business families and their advisors were not addressing the real conversations – the “Great White Elephants”, which create division and lack of safety within the family. He wanted to build a global advisory firm which only focus was the emotional side of money and wealth. His dream is to see individuals within families become contributing leaders and operate in a Safe Space™ with each other.
