Meet BJ Radomski
Since 1998, BJ Radomski has been helping businesses and individuals around the world create massive change. Executive master coach BJ Radomski is a pioneer in the coaching industry. In 1998 BJ completed the first Coach certification training with Thomas Leonard and the premiere Coach Training school in North America. Since that time, BJ has become a certified trainer of NLP (Neuro-Linguist Programming) , Licensed Neuro-Semantic trainer, Professionional Certified Meta-Coach (PCMC), Certified Group & Team Coach (GTMC)
BJ co-founded the Coach Training Academy, a school that has certified coaches to ICF standards from around the world. With Steve Kiges, BJ co-authored “Coaching – The Ultimate Career”.
Currently BJ offers individual coaching to executives in Europe, North America and Asia as well Leadership Development workshops including Team Building, Strategic Planning, Masterful Communication and other custom developed workshops.
Working with BJ, you will see results; this is not an academic exercise in theory.
We look forward to working with GSIS Senior Management Executives next month.
Education days
The initial workshop will 1 1/2 days scheduled for November 4 & 5, 2019. The following monthly workshop will each be 1/2 day in length. The content of the workshops will be a blend of your specific requests and proven Leadership topics. A few of the topics have been set. These include the Personality Profile assessment, Coaching Skills and the Psychology of Leadership.
The team will benefit from your input on other desired topics.
Executive Coaching
Each participant will receive monthly individual coaching with BJ Radomski. Each session will be one hour long and delivered face to face in our BGC offices. Coaching is confidential and topics can include;
1) Leadership Development
2) Leadership Challenge
3) Leadership Pipeline
These sessions will follow the proven format used in traditional Executive Coaching Packages.
